## Our Culture

We take our work seriously, not ourselves. That means no egos, no fluff. Just a tight-knit team getting things done.

We’re big on autonomy, but bigger on collaboration. Designers and developers work side by side from day one. Everyone on the team gets a say, because good ideas come from everywhere.

We ask questions, challenge assumptions, debate, sketch, prototype, test. We stay curious until we land on the right solution, and poke holes until it works. Then we make it better.

Around here, there’s banter in the kitchen, music in the background, and pride in building things that last.
