The project had two key constraints: distance and compliance.

BeOne operates a global team, with stakeholders based offshore. Discovery, alignment and delivery all had to happen remotely, without compromising clarity or speed.

At the same time, the platform had to meet strict compliance requirements without becoming difficult to use. This included supporting multiple user types – clinics, HCPs and administrators – each with different permission levels, while keeping sensitive patient data secure. It also required clear consent and approval workflows, full auditability, and support for more complex scenarios like off-label enrolments, all within a connected ecosystem.

Thanks to our robust discovery process and close collaboration with Essence, we built a secure, multi-interface platform tailored to real clinic workflows.
