The brief required solving for two different users at once:

• Buyers who needed an intuitive way to find and apply for land
• An internal team managing complex applications, sensitive documents and multiple platforms.

On top of that, pre-qualified users needed seamless access to private areas across several UDD websites, without juggling multiple logins.

We built a new platform from the ground up on Silverstripe, balancing simplicity for land buyers with powerful functionality for the business.

For land buyers and investors:

• Filterable land listings with map integration, searchable by location, lot size, listing type and availability
• A multi-session pre-qualification form so applicants can upload documents securely, save progress and return when ready
• Automated notifications keeping applicants informed of their status
• SSO integration giving pre-qualified users a single login across all UDD platforms and private areas

For the internal team:

• A custom CMS built for managing listings, reviewing applications and tracking qualification status without technical overhead
• Secure document storage with appropriate encryption and access controls
• Newsletter integration with Campaign Monitor
• Full SEO and analytics setup from day one
