Services iOS & Android App Development API Integration CMS Sync Push Notifications Client The National Business Review Industry Media Year 2023 [VIEW WEBSITE ](https://nbr.co.nz) ## Project Introduction As part of NBR’s wider digital upgrade, they needed a mobile app built for the busy reader – quick to load, easy to use, and just as reliable as the desktop experience.  The goal was simple: deliver business breaking news, wherever and whenever NBR subscribers needed it. ![mbr-mobile-app-body](https://neromotion.co.nz/hubfs/mbr-mobile-app-body.jpg) ## Challenges As NBR's digital presence grew, their mobile app needed to keep pace. Readers expected the full website experience wherever they were — same content, same features, always up to date. For the NBR team, the platform also had to be reliable, scalable and easy to maintain. ## Solutions We designed and developed a fully native app that runs smoothly across all iOS and Android devices.  Articles update in real time thanks to a direct sync with NBR’s Content Management System (CMS), so readers always have the latest content at their fingertips. Push notifications alert subscribers as news breaks, without needing to constantly check in.  All this adds up to a fast, responsive experience built for long-term reader engagement. ## Outcome Enhanced mobile content delivery for subscribers Improved user engagement with timely news alerts Reliable, high-performance native app experience across devices ![nbr-mobile-app-on bench](https://neromotion.co.nz/hubfs/nbr-mobile-app-on%20bench.jpg) ![nbr-app-screen](https://neromotion.co.nz/hs-fs/hubfs/nbr-app-screen.png?width=912&height=1635&name=nbr-app-screen.png) ![nbr1](https://neromotion.co.nz/hs-fs/hubfs/nbr1.png?width=456&height=791&name=nbr1.png) [View all Case Studies ](https://neromotion.co.nz/work?hsLang=en-nz) [# Next project ## Cumulo9 Website ![Cumulo9](https://neromotion.co.nz/hubfs/Image-c9.jpg) ![](https://neromotion.co.nz/hubfs/Cumulo9.svg) ](https://neromotion.co.nz/work/cumulo9?hsLang=en-nz) # Have a project in mind?
