Retic Manager is a New Zealand-owned and operated SaaS platform transforming fragmented data into actionable insights with predictive forecasting.

To support their growth, they needed a system that could take large volumes of inconsistent data and turn it into something structured, reliable and usable at scale. The goal was clear: faster access to better insights, powered by a scalable platform with machine learning improving accuracy over time.

## Challenges

Asset data in the utilities sector is often complex. It comes from multiple contractors in different formats, with no consistent standard for assessing asset condition. The result is fragmented datasets that are difficult to trust or act on.

Retic Manager needed to bring order to that complexity – standardising data, unifying multiple sources and turning raw inputs into meaningful real-time insights. Plus, the platform had to integrate across existing tools and scale with growing data volumes, without compromising performance.

## Solutions

We partnered closely with Retic Manager to build a platform that could ingest, structure and deliver complex datasets in real time.
