Asset data in the utilities sector is often complex. It comes from multiple contractors in different formats, with no consistent standard for assessing asset condition. The result is fragmented datasets that are difficult to trust or act on.

Retic Manager needed to bring order to that complexity – standardising data, unifying multiple sources and turning raw inputs into meaningful real-time insights. Plus, the platform had to integrate across existing tools and scale with growing data volumes, without compromising performance.
