Sunglass Style had all the ingredients for strong customer engagement – a sleek online store, busy physical retail locations and a growing mailing list. But without a single view of the customer, those channels weren’t working together – and it was costing them revenue.

Customer data sat across multiple systems that didn’t talk to each other: e-commerce, physical stores and an outdated EDM platform.

That meant there was no unified customer view, which was affecting their ability to target the right people with the right messages. The result: underperforming email marketing campaigns, a lot of manual work involved, and missed revenue opportunities.

Solutions

We brought everything together in Klaviyo. This created a single source of truth for customer data, unlocking more targeted, automated and effective marketing.

  • Migration of the full contact database from the legacy EDM platform

  • Enrichment of customer data with complete order information
  • Custom connector to sync in-store purchases with online activity
  • Product importer to speed up campaign creation and improve predictions
