As a rapidly growing vet-owned wholesaler of veterinary supplies servicing a variety of businesses, including vet clinics, pet shops and saddleries, Fortis needed a custom-built, world-class eCommerce solution to enable a seamless ordering experience for their customers.
The new, stunning eCommerce website provides an exceptional end-to-end experience backed by sound solution architecture for the ordering journey, payment processing, stock management, distribution and more.
Additionally, any Orders created by customers are pushed to Greentree, with any updates on Order status synced back to the website. This enables customers to see on a near real time basis where their order is at - which products have shipped, which are on backorder, and what the expected delivery date will be.
An additional integration we developed was with the GoSweetSpot courier delivery service, which returns and displays up to date courier tracking information for each order.
Fortis have worked with Nero Motion since 2020, in that time we have built a leading website and ecommerce platform. Nero Motion made it incredibly easy and deciphered our non-technical ambitions and turned them into reality.
