## Project Introduction

School board elections were stuck in the past – heavy on paperwork, slow to run, time-consuming to manage.

My School Election set out to fix that with a secure digital platform that simplifies every step, from nominations to results.

## Challenges

The school election process was still manual, which also meant error-prone and admin-heavy. Schools wanted a new system to manage nominations, voting, roll updates and results – all in one place.

Plus, they needed a simple way to estimate costs upfront and avoid unnecessary delays or mistakes.

## Solutions

We built a secure, cloud-first platform to manage the entire process from a single dashboard. It includes a built-in cost estimator, automated roll management, and clear workflows for voting and reporting.

A user-friendly content management system (CMS) and intuitive interface make it easy for school staff to use, while backend API integrations automate the rest.

Now schools can run elections with less admin, fewer mistakes and more confidence.

## Outcome

Built a cloud-native election platform to reduce errors and delays

Streamlined voting and nomination processes with backend automation

Provided scalable election infrastructure for schools of all sizes
